Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are neatly folded to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange.
